On October 9, global workforce platform Job&Talent announced that its specialized artificial intelligence tools have successfully reduced company operating expenses by more than 30 percent. The firm launched its initial automated recruiter early in 2024 and now relies on a proprietary orchestration layer to run autonomous tasks across worldwide markets. This structural shift allows the company to maintain double-digit revenue increases without anticipating any material growth in operational headcount for its next expansion phase.

Scaling Recruitment Operations
The cornerstone of this automation push is Clara, a dedicated hiring agent that has already executed five million voice interviews. By handling candidate outreach within minutes and performing detailed evaluations, Clara drops the cost per interview by 80 percent compared to human staff. The technology boasts a 99.5 percent candidate acceptance rate, complying fully with hiring regulations like the EU AI Act and NYC Local Law 144 while securing massive cost efficiency for enterprise clients.
Broad Enterprise Automation
Beyond initial candidate screening, the platform deploys additional specialized tools like Sara for attendance tracking and María for continuous worker coaching. Internal engineering has also transformed, with automated systems generating over 70 percent of the current codebase and compressing software delivery timelines from three months to a few weeks. CEO Juan Urdiales emphasized that replacing labor-intensive tasks with artificial intelligence fundamentally alters staffing economics, predicting that this leverage will push EBITDA growth past 100 percent in 2026.
